Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 June 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Convo, provided by Hoxe Technologies Pvt. Ltd.(“HOXE”, “we”). By creating a workspace you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, as a data controller using our service, our Data Processing Agreement. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Your workspace
- You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity in your workspace, including team members you invite.
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
2. Your responsibilities for end-user data (important)
3. Credits & subscriptions
- Chat replies, voice minutes and other actions consume credits per your plan. Credit costs are shown in-app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Billing and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Credits are a licence to use the service, have no cash value and are non-transferable.
4. AI outputs — assistance, not advice
Convo generates answers automatically from the knowledge you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is designed to answer from your information and to defer when unsure, but you are responsible for the content you load and for reviewing how the bot represents your business. AI outputs are not professional advice and are not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Convo for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes, or to send unsolicited communications in breach of law.
- Do not misuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put the service or others at risk.
6. Intellectual property & your data
HOXE owns Convo, its software, widget and brand. You retain ownership of your knowledge base and your end-user data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. On termination you can request export and deletion as set out in our agreement.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. HOXE will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.
8. Changes, governing law & grievances
We may update these Terms and will change the “Last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at India, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your right to approach the Data Protection Board or a consumer forum.
