2. The cookies we use

• Strictly necessary — sign-in/session cookies, security, and remembering your cookie choice. Always on; required for the app to work.
• Analytics & performance — if we add product analytics, they load only after you accept in the cookie banner, and we will list the provider here.
• Marketing — we do not set advertising cookies.

The embeddable Convo widget on a customer’s website uses only the storage needed to run a conversation session; the host website’s own cookie notice governs that site.

3. Your choices

Our cookie banner lets you Accept or Reject non-essential cookies, with both options equally available. You can change your choice by clearing our site cookie, and manage cookies in your browser — though disabling strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in.
